Tokyo Joypolis

Tokyo Joypolis
Inside of Tokyo Joypolis

Tokyo Joypolis, operated by the leading game developer Sega, is one of the largest indoor amusement parks in the country, located at Odaiba inside the DECKS Tokyo Beach. Other Joypolis centers can be found in Yokohama, Osaka, and various other cities in Japan.

Children and adults alike will enjoy the exhilarating attractions and cutting-edge arcade games on offer. There are more than 20 of them in total spread across three floors.

Grow-ups may want to test their snowboarding skills on the simulation video game "Halfpipe Canyon", while small children will prefer "Aquarena"--a virtual aquarium where you can touch and mingle with the marine creatures.

The biggest feature of the park is the "Spin Bullet", a non-virtual whirling roller coaster. The ride on the twisting tracks passing through cave-like structures is truly an intense experience.
