Kasai Rinkai Park

Kasai Rinkai Park, a bayside facility opened in 1989, is the largest park in Tokyo's 23 wards, and provides a great wealth of recreational opportunities.

Consistent with its goal to restore and preserve a natural environment in Tokyo Bay, the park offers an aquarium featuring yellowfin tuna and bonito, and a bird sanctuary where photographers and bird fanciers can enjoy a leisurely walk around.

In addition, an observation rest-house named "Crystal View" opened in 1995, followed by the "Diamond and Flower Ferris Wheel", the tallest ferris wheel in Japan that was constructed in 2001. The water-bus ride from Odaiba to Kasai Rinkai Park gives ocean-breeze lovers a chance to take in a faceful of fresh air.
