Tokyo Summerland is a comprehensive recreational facility with an indoor pool, amusement park, golf practice area, and bowling alleys. It is a place where water play and adventure can be had all year round. No matter the weather or temperature outside, the Adventure Dome (indoor pool area) is heated to 30 degrees, a perpetual eternal summer! The Southern island inspired Cobalt Beach wave pool and various bathing facilities allow for a comfortable bathing experience throughout the year. In the summer season (July - September) the Adventure Lagoon (outdoor pool area) is home to the approximately 650 meter long "Great Journey," the largest river pool in Japan. The outdoor amusement park has both thrill rides like "Freefall," as well as family favorites such as a Ferris Wheel and Merry-Go-Round. In the spring, 1,500 cherry blossom trees located on the vast grounds are part of the "Sakura Matsuri" and from mid-June through early July 15,000 hydrangea featuring 60 different species are available fore viewing in the "Ajisai Garden."
