The distinguishing feature of Kisekae Café CANDY FRUIT strawberry is its female staffers, all of them around 1.54 m (approx. 5 ft) in height or shorter, dressed in petite size clothing varying with the day of the week. Customers can request the waitresses to change their outfit (at an extra charge of 1,000 JPY per outfit).

For female clientele, the cafe offers a collection of more than 70 costumes to choose from (at an extra charge of 1,000 JPY per outfit). Those include; Haruhi Suzumiya's fancy original maid costume, and Gundam cosplay costumes, nurse uniforms, sailor-styled school uniforms, and many more.

Seats are placed in several sections within the cafe, each replicating a girl's room, a Japanese school classroom, an exam room in a doctor's office, the interior of a tram, a church hall and a palace. These can all be quickly converted into a shooting studio where customers can have their pictures taken with the staff at a charge of 1000 JPY for 5 minutes.

Last but not least, the cafe provides good meals and desserts of all kinds.
