"UN-GO Episode: 0 Ingaron", a feature film of the "UN-GO" series that had a successful run on Fuji TV's Noitamina spot from October 2011 to December of the same year, will be released on Blu-ray and DVD by Fuji TV/Toho on April 20th.
"UN-GO" is set in the near future and follows detective duo, Shinjuro and Inga, as they attempt to solve various mysteries. The story is based off of Ango Sakaguchi's novel, to which major changes were made to create an original plot involving mysteries, distinct characters, and unexpected plot developments.

"UN-GO Episode: 0 Ingaron" is a prequel to the TV series, and reveals how Shinjuro and Inga meet and begin detective work together.
The story is based on Ango Sakaguchi's "Meiji Kaika Ango Torimonocho" and "Fukuin Satsujin Jiken". A young man returns to Tokyo after the conclusion of an anti-terrorist war, where he is approached by the Tokyo Public Prosecutor office due to his former relations with Myoshin Ono, the head of a new cult group called "Bettenokai". In their first case together, Shinjuro and Inga are pitted against "Bettenou", who is rumored to have powers greater than God's.
The DVD will be on sale for 4935 yen, and the Blu-ray disc for 5985 yen. Besides the 50-minute movie, both products also contain special features, which include "Part 9 and 10 of Inga's Diary", footage of the opening day stage appearance, the latest Ingaron news, and an audio commentary by Director Seiji Mizushima, and screenplay writer, Sho Aikawa. The case illustration was designed by Pako, and includes a newly written short story series by Sho Aikawa.
In other news, the shop, "Noitamina Shop in Aqua City, Odaiba", which is only open from December 28th, 2011 till February 5th, has a selection of Noitamina goods--including original "UN-GO" items, such as Inga's panda cap--and has become a popular stopping point.
