"ONE PIECE" finally appears in popular postage stamp series "Anime Hero Heroine Series" which Japan Post issues. Japan Post will begin to sell a postage stamp sheet (Yen 800) consisting of 10 stamps of Yen 80 postage stamp on which characters of "ONE PIECE" are laid out as the 15th series on March 23, 2011.

Characters who appeared are Heir (1) and (2) of D etc. in addition to Luffy, Chopper, Sanji, Zoro, Robin, Nami, Usopp, Brook, Francky. All of them are pleasant thing which allurement of the work expressed on postage stamps. "ONE PIECE" is national popular work, so the stamps must become a big topic. The number of postage stamp sheet to be issued is 1.5 million sheets (15 million stamps).

Anime Hero Heroine Series have been issued in cooperation with The Association of Japanese Animations since 2005. Popular works such as "Pocket Monster", "Doraemon", "Case Closed", "Mobile Suit Gundam" and "Fullmetal Alchemist" were adopted in this series one after another. This series is a pleasant project as we are interested in which work will be next.

Original piece of "ONE PIECE" is the same name cartoon depicted by Mr. Eiichiro Oda which is serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha). Anime becoming postage stamp this time began televising since 1999. "ONE PIECE" flourishes not only on TV but also on various scenes such as theater version, character goods and attraction show. "ONE PIECE" is showing its upward momentum from 2009 to 2011 and it is one of the most robust anime.
