PROFILE

Tomoyoshi Joko (born May 1984 in Ehime Prefecture) is an animator, best known for his award-winning films, "Mr. Cloud and Mr. Rain", "BUILDINGS", and "Lizard Planet".

He studied art under renowned illustrator, Taku Furukawa, at Tokyo Polytechnic University and currently works at the same university as an adjunct instructor.
His collaborative works with Hiroco Ichinose, another prominent illustrator, has gained the attention of many Japanese animation enthusiasts.
